At 29:11 Handmade, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns

Because our soaps and personal care products are handmade and intended for personal use, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

All purchases are considered final once an order has been placed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will review each situation individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Refund Requests

Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided solely at our discretion.

In certain circumstances, we may choose to offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Allergies and Skin Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing.

Because every person’s skin is unique, we cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual. We do not offer refunds or returns due to:

  • Ingredient sensitivities
  • Personal fragrance preferences
  • Dissatisfaction with scent, color, or appearance variations common in handmade products

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
